Role Descriptions

The Governing Body provides strategic management and supports the School General Manager, Principal, and all staff.
The School General Manager oversees administrative tasks and leads staff including the Principal, Vice Principal, and teachers.
The Principal is responsible, under School Government Regulations, for overseeing the implementation of the school's performance management policy.
The Senior Teacher / Supervisor monitors learner progress, identifies effective teaching approaches, and contributes to the professional development of all teachers.
The School Teachers form the foundation of our educational delivery. LIS identifies the fundamental role of coaching and developing staff to accelerate school improvement through professional development programmes.
